 The secretion of hormones, the most important of which are sex hormones, is the most important characteristic of this stage, where the muscular strength of males increases as a result of the secretion of the male hormone known as “testosterone”. 

The size of the breasts increases in females as a result of the secretion of a hormone known as “Estrogen”.

Practicing sports for adolescents directs their energies towards healthy and useful work, and also rids them of the problems of this stage, the most important of which are:

Psychological, sexual, and social problems. Thus, we ensure for them an adequate social, psychological, emotional, and physical balance.


Sports and youth:

Youth means strength and sport is the best means; To highlight this strength and vitality maintain it and put it in the appropriate form for the youth of today.

If a young man practiced sports in his youth, he must continue to practice to preserve his health.

Every young woman should know that maintaining her weight, which begins to increase at this age, does not come only through diet, but rather through sports and diet together.

Youth means production, and the better our youth are in health and strength, the more this is an indication of improved production, general appearance, and stature.

Young men or women, when they exercise regularly, are less prone to diseases and their self-confidence is good and high. In terms of texture, hair, teeth, face, etc., it is more vibrant, clearer, and brighter.
